Philippine Consul-General Official Paul Raymond Cortes issued a Statement last August 13, 2018. He said that more than thousands of Philippine Passports were turned over by Dubai Immigration Officials to the Philippine Consulate.
The passports and other documents will be verified at the Consular Office in Al Ghusais, Dubai to determine whether the OFWs were qualified to avail of the ninety-day amnesty program of the UAE government.
