First-time applicants — what to expect:

A first-time NBI clearance requires NBI Form No. 5 (the “Blue Form”) — the official Philippine government application form. Form No. 5 is included as part of your first-time service; we will send it to you.

Your fingerprints must be taken on Form No. 5 by a licensed (RCMP-accredited) fingerprinting provider in Canada. Fingerprinting is done in person and is a separate cost paid to the provider.
