First-Time Application

For applicants who have never had an NBI clearance or whose name/marital status has changed.

- NBI Form 5 (obtained from the Philippine Consulate or Embassy) coordination and submission to NBI Manila
- All NBI fees and handling charges
- Canada-wide delivery available
- Status updates throughout the process
Note: Fingerprinting is arranged through accredited third-party providers or via mail-in kit and is a separate cost.

We accept Interac e-Transfer as our primary payment method. Here’s how it works:

- You receive Interac e-Transfer payment instructions via email

All prices are in Canadian dollars. HST (13%) applies to Ontario residents. Other provinces may have different tax rates.

Can I get a refund?
