These times are to the release of your clearance, which we email to you as a digital copy. They apply to Regular and Express alike. Your paper original is sent from Manila to our Toronto office with our scheduled courier shipments, and is then delivered by the method you chose or held for pick-up. We do not give a time estimate for the paper original. If you need it sooner, ask us — a dedicated courier shipment can be arranged at your cost.
