3. Send your fingerprint card — Mail the completed NBI Form No. 5 to our Toronto office via DHL, Aramex, or your preferred courier.
4. We process with NBI Manila — We submit your application, track processing, and handle any issues including NBI HITs.
5. Receive your NBI clearance — Your completed NBI clearance certificate is couriered to your Middle East address via DHL or UPS (3-7 business days).

Where to Get Fingerprinted in the Middle East

You need ink and roll fingerprints on NBI Form No. 5. In the Middle East, fingerprinting services are available at:

• Typing centers and document processing offices — Common in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, many offer ink and roll fingerprinting. Confirm they can print on a form you provide.
• Government service centers — Some government service centers and authorized document processing offices in the region offer fingerprinting services.
• Local police stations — In some countries, police stations offer civilian fingerprinting for a fee.

Important: Specify that you need ink and roll fingerprinting on a specific form (not electronic). We will send you NBI Form No. 5 after you submit your application.
