- Mail your fingerprint card to us — Send the completed Form No. 5 to our Toronto office via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- We handle everything with NBI Manila — We submit your application, follow up on processing, and handle any issues (including NBI HITs).
- Receive your NBI clearance — Your completed NBI clearance certificate is delivered to your US address via UPS or DHL international courier.

You need ink and roll fingerprints on NBI Form No. 5 (the “Blue Form”). This is different from the electronic LiveScan fingerprinting commonly used in the US. Here are some options:
